Soul Care Aesthetics is a team of a highly talented surgeon, Mr Morgan, who has a wide knowledge in his field. A fully qualified Nursing/ODP team, who are able to offer a wide range of treatments and services. Soul Care Aesthetics is supported by our growing administration team who are the patients first point of call, and the first smiling face you will see when you enter the clinic.
Surgeon
Mr Ian Morgan
With over 35 years of experience, Mr Morgan offers a wide range of services and procedures.
Mr Ian Morgan trained in Edinburgh and London, with further training in Plastic and Reconstructive surgery in the USA. Before working at Soul Care Aesthetics, Mr Morgan has worked at New Cross Hospital as a Cardiothoracic Surgeon.
Mr Ian Morgan is now a proud ambassador of BABS (British Association of Body Sculpting).
Director
Rachel Morgan
Rachel is the brains behind Soul Care Aesthetics, which was founded in 2011 with husband Mr Ian Morgan.
Soul Care Aesthetics originally started in Rachel and Ian's family home, then turned into a small shop unit in Cannock, Staffordshire. Within a few years Soul Care Aesthetics was rapidly growing, which is when Soul Care moved into the building you all know today.
Clinic Manager
Michelle Davies
Michelle has worked as the Soul Care Aesthetics Clinic Manager for the past 5 years.
With a wide range of knowledge and skills, Michelle has the managerial experience.
Besides keeping the staff in line and ensuring a smooth running of the clinic day to day, Michelle is in charge of making sure our patients receive the highest standard of care and service by each team member.
Theatre Manager
Louise Haines
Louise has previously worked alongside Mr Ian Morgan at New Cross Hospital and joined the Soul Care Team in September 2021 as our Theatre Manager.
Louise assists Mr Morgan in theatre, ensuring the procedure runs smoothly and the patient is relaxed and comfortable.
Louise's infectious laugh will have patients feeling happy and at ease.
Aesthetic Nurse Practitoner
Kelly Webb-Singh
Kelly trained at Wolverhampton University in 2011 and has worked at Soul Care Aesthetics since January 2020.
Since working at Soul Care Aesthetics Kelly has gone through extensive training with Mr Morgan, widening her skills to offer extra treatments and services to our patients. Regarding all Aesthetic and Beauty treatments, Kelly is your girl!
Nurse Practitioner
Emma Ridgway
Emma officially joined the Soul Care Aesthetics team in 2022, with previous experience in the hospital looking after patients.
Emma works closely alongside Mr Morgan and Louise in theatre, whilst caring and looking after the patient.
Marketing and Media Manager
Taylor Marsh
Taylor has been with Soul Care Aesthetics since October 2019.
With previous medical and administration knowledge, joining the Soul Care Aesthetics Team was the perfect fit. Taylor carries out the marketing and media for the business, and is currently learning website development.
Reception Team
Tiffany Bennett
Tiffany joined Soul Care Aesthetics in September 2022, she has thrived and developed her knowledge in the field whilst raising a little boy at home.
Tiffany is our PHIN administrator, which keeps her busy on her working days.
Those who know Tiffany know she is very shy, honest and kind, which is why she fit into the Soul Care Team so perfectly.
Reception Team
Sandra Nightingale
Sandra became apart of the Soul Care Aesthetics Team in the middle of 2023 after working with Solicitors for 4 years prior.
Sandra has a wonderful telephone mannerism, and isn't scared to learn something new. The patient journey begins with Sandra and the reception team girls. With her kind, helpfulness we know the patients are loving Sandra!
Reception Team Apprentice
Sophie Mijailovic
Sophie is the Soul Care Aesthetics Apprentice, joining in May 2023, having previous customer service experience at Costa Coffee.
Sophie is going to be completing a Customer Service level 2 within the next 12 months at Soul Care Aesthetics.
Since starting, Sophie's confidence answering the phone and wording emails is growing everyday.
We cannot wait to see Sophie bloom.
