This procedure is carried out by our specialist Consultant Surgeon under local anaesthetic, an incision is made just under the nose. Excess skin and muscle are removed which effectively causes the lips to lift in a ‘bullhorn’ shape, creating a plumper, younger and more shapely appearance and lifting the lips away from the teeth, improving your smile and giving you a shapely cupids bow.
