WHAT ARE DERMAL FILLER INJECTIONS?

Dermal Fillers are injections of a naturally occurring substance in the body, hyaluronic acid. Dermal fillers are used to plump or fill out fine lines or hollows in the skin. Hyaluronic acid is the most popular form of filler which naturally dissolves over time. Fillers are used to increase volume in the skin to create a more youthful, fresher appearance.

ABOUT THE PROCEDURE

The procedure is booked with one of our highly experienced, medically trained staff members. The appointment usually takes around 15 minutes. During the appointment you will feel a sharp scratch as the injection is inserted.

Once you begin to see the results of the dermal fillers, the treated area will look softer and smoother. A top up session is carried out around 2 weeks after the initial appointment, free of charge.  

The results of the dermal fillers are not permanent. Usually, the procedure is repeated every 3 – 9 months to maintain the desired results.
