Our Clinic is based in Cannock, Staffordshire.​ Soul Care Aesthetics was founded in 2011 by husband and wife Ian and Rachel.
Mr Ian Morgan is our consultant surgeon, he has been qualified for 14 years in cosmetic surgery, and 37 years in surgery with plenty of experience over the years. As well as Surgical procedures Ian offers video consultations, consultations in person and Aesthetic treatments such as Anti wrinkle injections, Filler, Apilus, Sclerotherapy and PlexR.
At Soul Care Aesthetics Ian is known for his immaculate suture work, attention to detail and being a perfectionist.

MEET THE TEAM
Ian Morgan - Consultant Surgeon & Medical Director
Mr Morgan offers a wide range of services and procedures.
Mr Ian Morgan trained in Edinburgh and London, with further training in Plastic and Reconstructive surgery in the USA. Before working at Soul Care Aesthetics, Mr Morgan has worked at New Cross Hospital as a Cardiothoracic Surgeon.
Mr Ian Morgan is now a proud ambassador of BABS (British Association of Body Sculpting).
Jessica Taylor - Clinic Manager & CQC Registered Manager

Jessica is the Clinic Manager here at Soul Care Aesthetics, Jessica is committed to ensuring the highest standards of care and professionalism in everything we do. With her background in fire safety, building compliance and leadership she ensures everything behind the scenes runs smoothly and meets the highest standards.
Jessica oversees the day to day running of the clinic and supports our incredible team to deliver exceptional client experiences. Jessica is all about teamwork, staying organised, and making sure every client leaves feeling cared for and confident.
Taylor Marsh - PHIN Data Analyst & Surgical Assistant

Taylor has worked at Soul Care Aesthetics for over 5 and a half years. Combining the roles of a PHIN Data Analyst and Surgical Assistant creates a unique interdisciplinary position using her expertise in public health informatics and direct client support.
This interdisciplinary role supports public health initiatives and ensures high-quality surgical care through operational assistance.

Zoe Kendall - Social Media & Marketing Coordinator

Zoe develops and executes effective marketing strategies to enhance the clinic’s brand presence, engages with clients, and supports business growth. Zoe's role focuses on creating and managing engaging content across our social media platforms, monitoring performance metrics, and contributing to the overall marketing strategy.
In addition, Zoe's position may include reception duties to support the clinic’s daily operations and, when necessary, assisting surgeons during procedures.
Rachel Morgan - Clinic Director

Rachel is the brains behind Soul Care Aesthetics, which was founded in 2011 with husband Mr Ian Morgan.
Soul Care Aesthetics originally started in Rachel and Ian's family home, then turned into a small shop unit in Cannock, Staffordshire. Within a few years Soul Care Aesthetics was rapidly growing, which is when Soul Care moved into the building you all know today.
Vanessa O'Connor - Registered Nurse Practitioner

Vanessa is our health care professional who cares for clients undergoing cosmetic, aesthetic, and dermatological procedures. While also providing surgical pre-and post-operative care.
Vanessa's duties include performing procedures, assisting surgeons in theatre, and educating clients about aftercare instructions. Vanessa also collaborates with the rest of the Soul Care Aesthetic team to ensure a seamless client experience, from consultation through recovery.
Sophie Mijailovic - Receptionist & Social Media Assistant

Sophie has been working at Soul Care Aesthetics for over 2 years and provides excellent customer service at the front desk while supporting our clinic's social media and marketing efforts.
This hybrid role requires a blend of administrative skills and social media expertise to help drive client engagement, promote our clinic's services, and maintain a welcoming environment for all visitors.​​​​
Hannah Woodhouse - Apprentice Receptionist

Hannah plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic and an excellent experience for clients. This role serves as the first point of contact for all clients and visitors, managing appointments, client communications, and front-of-house operations.

In addition to administrative duties, Hannah supports the clinical team and surgeons as needed, helps maintain compliance with clinic procedures, and contributes to the overall efficiency and professionalism of the clinic environment.
